Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted (for example, during pre-orders or seasonal releases).

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions

Each My Solo Bloom box is packed with care — we believe the journey matters just as much as the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Because My Solo Bloom is a curated experience and includes personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns once a box has been opened.

If your box arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

For unopened boxes, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
